Profile : Messaging Platform Specialist
Location : Mohali
Required Skill Set & Experience:
1. SMS (Mandatory – Deep Knowledge Required):
Strong hands-on experience with SMSC & SMPP
In-depth understanding of Bulk SMS push, routing, DLR handling, retries, sender IDs, templates, and delivery issues
Ability to troubleshoot SMS failures, delays, and technical issues independently
2. WABA – WhatsApp Business API (Mandatory):
Complete knowledge of WABA onboarding process
Template creation, approval process, quality ratings, error handling
Experience coordinating with BSPs and clients for smooth onboarding
3. RCS (Good to Have):
Basic knowledge is sufficient
Understanding of RCS messaging flow, content formats, and testing
Additional Expectations:
Candidate must be flexible to work in evening hours when required
Should be proactive, self-driven, and quick in taking ownership of tasks
Must have a positive mindset towards learning and working on new products and services
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
