Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in EdTech sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert prospective leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and professionals to understand their learning and career requirements.
- Counsel potential learners about courses, certifications, and training programs.
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales is mandatory.
- Graduation completed from a recognized institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Working Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday
- Weekly Off: Friday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary will be based on interview performance, skills, and relevant experience.
- 2 paid leaves per month.
