Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and well-spoken Front Office Executive to manage the front desk operations of our office. The candidate will be responsible for handling student and parent inquiries, maintaining office coordination, managing calls, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude while representing the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome students, parents, and visitors professionally.
- Handle front desk operations and maintain visitor records.
- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries regarding courses, admissions, counselling, scholarships, and seminars.
- Coordinate appointments and counselling sessions.
- Maintain student databases, files, and office records.
- Assist the counselling and tele-calling team whenever required.
- Follow up with students regarding admissions, document submission, and scheduled meetings.
- Manage WhatsApp messages, emails, and office communications.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and proper office decorum at the reception area.
- Coordinate with internal staff and management for smooth operations.
- Support seminar registrations and event coordination activities.
- Ensure students and visitors receive proper guidance and assistance.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet).
- Pleasant personality and professional behaviour.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle students and parents politely.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in front office, receptionist, tele-calling will be an added advantage.
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills may also apply.
- Languages Known : Bengali, Hindi and English

- Punctuality, discipline, and positive behaviour are mandatory.
- Should be flexible to handle counselling support and admission-related coordination if required.
- Must represent the organization professionally at all times.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
