Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer/Architect with 10+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects, particularly in corporate offices, healthcare facilities, and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong design capabilities, technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept development to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts, space planning, and design solutions based on client requirements.
- Prepare conceptual designs, mood boards, presentations, and detailed design drawings.
- Create and review architectural and interior working drawings, including layouts, elevations, sections, and detailing.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, and provide design support during execution.
- Review material specifications, finishes, furniture selections, and BOQs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
- Resolve technical and design-related issues during project execution.
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and project presentations.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and drafting teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Proven experience in Corporate Offices, Healthcare, and Hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Excellent space planning, detailing, and technical drawing skills.
- Strong project management and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling large-scale fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards.
- Exposure to project budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
