About the Company:
We are a growing digital services and SaaS company looking for a smart and result-oriented Online Bidding Executive who can generate business through online platforms, communicate with international clients, and help expand company revenue through strategic bidding and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and LinkedIn.
- Search and identify relevant projects according to company services.
- Draft professional proposals and customize bids based on client requirements.
- Communicate with clients through chat, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scope with clients.
- Maintain bidding records, lead database, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and project conversion.
- Research market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Experience with online bidding platforms and proposal writing.
- Strong understanding of client handling and sales process.
- Knowledge of IT services, SaaS products, websites, mobile apps, or digital marketing services.
- Negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Basic understanding of CRM and lead management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in online bidding or IT sales.
- Experience handling international clients is preferred.
