About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is executed efficiently, safely, and as per design specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site construction and works
- Ensure project execution as per drawings, designs, and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor daily progress and report project status to management
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Handle material planning, site inventory, and resource allocation
- Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions
- Maintain proper documentation (site reports, checklists, etc.)
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and interior fit-outs
- Good understanding of drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and team coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in construction site execution
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also be considered
