Drive revenue generation and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory

Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2C, direct customers, industrial clients, OEMs, and key accounts

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and business development team to deliver consistent performance

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence for IWM/BMW services

Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and after-sales support

Manage collections and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments

Prepare and analyze sales reports, MIS, presentations, and forecasts using Office Suite tools

Coordinate with project, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution and client servicing

Represent the organization as a premium brand and uphold professional sales standards

Minimum 10 years of experience in B2C sales, direct-to-customer sales, industrial sales, and OEM/key account management

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently in high-ticket or solution-based sales roles

Experience in leading and managing sales teams across territories

Strong exposure to revenue planning, collections, and customer lifecycle management

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline

MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Sales (preferred)

Strong proficiency in MS Office / Office Suite, including data analysis, reporting, and presentations
