1. Cleaning & Sanitation
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and dishwashing area.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
2. Tableware & Equipment Management
- Ensure adequate availability of clean plates, glasses, and cutlery during service.
- Properly store utensils and kitchen equipment.
- Report damaged or missing items to supervisors.
3. Support to Kitchen & Service Team
- Assist chefs and waitstaff in moving utensils and service items.
- Help in setting up buffet counters or banquet arrangements.
- Refill service stations with required items.
4. Compliance with Safety Standards
- Follow restaurant safety policies.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely.
- Prevent accidents in the dishwashing and kitchen area.
5. Stock & Inventory Assistance
- Monitor stock of cleaning supplies and dishwashing materials.
- Inform supervisor when supplies are low.
6. Timely Service Support
- Ensure quick dishwashing turnaround during busy hours.
- Maintain smooth flow between kitchen and dining service.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
