Machine Learning Engineer — Computer Vision & Generative AI

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer to join our core technology team and work on an early-stage Computer Vision & Generative AI product.
The role involves building ML pipelines, preparing and managing datasets, training and fine-tuning models, and developing reliable computer-vision solutions for real-world applications.
This is an ownership-driven role where you will work closely with the founding and engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and improve Computer Vision and Deep Learning pipelines
- Prepare, clean, structure and annotate ML datasets
- Develop image-processing and computer-vision solutions
- Train, fine-tune and evaluate deep-learning models
- Work with Generative AI and image-generation models
- Experiment with different model architectures and approaches
- Optimize models for efficient GPU inference
- Build and evaluate working ML prototypes
- Integrate trained models into the existing application stack
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve results
Required Skills
- Strong Python programming
- Strong hands-on experience with PyTorch
- Solid Machine Learning & Deep Learning fundamentals
- Strong Computer Vision & OpenCV experience
- Experience with image processing, segmentation and object detection
- Experience with human pose estimation / human parsing
- Experience with ML dataset preparation, cleaning and annotation
- Experience with model training, fine-tuning and evaluation
- Experience with Generative AI / Diffusion Models
- Practical experience with GPU / CUDA
Good to Have
- Image-to-image generation
- Video processing / generation
- Image warping and geometric transformations
- ONNX / TensorRT
- Real-time inference optimization
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who can build and experiment, not just work with existing APIs or tutorials.
You should be comfortable taking an ML problem from:
Dataset → Training → Testing → Evaluation → Optimization → Deployment
Practical experience and demonstrable projects will be valued more than certifications.

Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant professional or strong project experience
- B.Tech / M.Tech / MS in Computer Science, AI, ML or a related field preferred
