Store Manager – 1 Position
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Sales Executive – 1 Position
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day store operations.
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers with jewellery selection and provide product recommendations.
- Explain product details, pricing, and features.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.
- Provide a professional and personalised customer experience.
- Maintain product displays and store presentation.
- Monitor and maintain inventory and stock records.
- Maintain daily sales and store reports.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager, Head Office, and Operations team.
- Ensure store discipline, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Support the team in achieving overall store performance.
Requirements
- Store Manager: 1+ years of experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail preferred.
- Sales Executive: Freshers are welcome; 6months to 1 year of retail or sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach.
- Confidence in interacting with customers.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong ownership, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
- Interest in jewellery, fashion, and styling is an advantage.
