Responsible for assisting in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions across web, mobile, and API platforms. The role involves working with modern technologies in areas such as application and data integration, databases, analytics, DevOps, Cloud Computing (IaaS, PaaS, Containerization), and emerging technologies like GenAI.
The individual will actively support solution development under the guidance of senior engineers, solution architects, and engineering managers. They will participate in coding, testing, technical documentation, and small-scale prototyping to explore and apply new technologies for solving business problems. Collaboration with cross-functional IT delivery teams will be a key aspect of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and maintenance of applications, data systems, and platform components.
Learn from senior developers and architects while gaining hands-on experience with modern tools and technologies.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established coding standards and best practices.
Assist in testing, debugging, and optimizing existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
Support the implementation of proof of concepts and small technology experiments to explore new ideas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across digital platforms, APIs, integrations, and data systems.
Participate in evaluating and learning new frameworks or tools as part of ongoing project work.
Contribute to documentation, version control, and continuous integration activities within the development process.
Support performance analysis and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key skills required
Backend Technologies – Java Frameworks
Other technologies – Database (SQL/No-SQL), Streams, Containers, Serverless programming etc.
OOPS concepts, Multithreading, performance optimization
Problem Solving skills
Good to Have:
Cloud Technologies – Public cloud: AWS or others
NodeJS
Frontend Technologies – ReactJS / Angular / Vue
Strong code review skills

B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / MSc-IT
3-5 years of experience with hands-on software development background.
Should have designed and delivered at least 2-3 projects in a technology organization
