We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with a focus on performance and usability.
Develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
Design and optimize MongoDB database schemas, queries, and indexing strategies.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices.
Review code, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
Work with Git-based version control and follow established development workflows.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Strong experience with Node.js and backend development.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization
Solid understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
Good understanding of asynchronous programming and API security.
Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
Experience debugging, optimizing, and maintaining production applications.
Good understanding of software design principles and coding best practices.
Preferred Skills
Experience with TypeScript.
Familiarity with Express.js or NestJS.
Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
Experience with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth).
Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
