Position Summary
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, acquiring customers, onboarding service partners, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, telecalling, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Promote WaveTech Services to residential customers, apartments, businesses, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by management.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Follow up on inquiries received through website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update lead databases regularly.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with operations teams for service delivery.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Research
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Identify new service categories and expansion opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to management.
Reporting
- Maintain daily sales reports and activity trackers.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales information.
Required Skills

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, Customer Support, or Field Sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
