Role Description
- Deliver newly purchased smartphones, gadgets, and related accessories from the store to customer locations whenever required.
- Facilitate doorstep pickup of customer-owned phones, tablets, and other gadgets for sale, exchange, or trade-in purposes, ensuring safe transportation to the designated store for evaluation and processing.
- Provide end-to-end device service support by collecting devices from customers requiring repair or maintenance.
- Conduct an initial assessment of the device, identify and communicate the reported issues and service requirements to the customer.
- Coordinate with the service center or repair team to ensure timely diagnosis and repair of the device.
- Keep customers informed about repair status, estimated completion timelines, and any additional service recommendations.
- Deliver repaired devices back to customers within the stipulated turnaround time while ensuring proper functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, device conditions, service requests, and customer acknowledgments.
- Uphold professional standards of customer service, secure handling of devices, and confidentiality of customer information throughout the process.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
