About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and analytical Paid Media Intern to support our performance marketing team in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in digital advertising, analytics, lead generation, and business growth strategies.
This role provides hands-on experience in managing advertising campaigns for hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafes, healthcare brands, and lifestyle businesses.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management Support
- Assist in setting up and managing advertising campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- LinkedIn Ads (if required)
- Support campaign creation, audience setup, and ad scheduling.
- Assist in campaign budget allocation and monitoring.
Audience Research & Targeting
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Identify customer personas and target audiences.
- Assist in audience segmentation and remarketing strategies.
- Research industry trends and advertising opportunities.
Campaign Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance daily.
- Track important KPIs including:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Cost Per Click (CPC)
- Click Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversion Rate
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Assist senior team members in campaign optimization and scaling.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Track campaign metrics and advertising budgets.
- Maintain campaign performance dashboards.
- Support data analysis and reporting activities.
Pixel & Tracking Support
- Assist with:
- Meta Pixel setup
- Conversion tracking
- Event tracking
- Google Tag Manager implementation
- Analytics reporting
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Graphic Designers
- Video Editors
- Social Media Managers
- Client Servicing Team
- Ensure timely delivery of ad creatives and campaign assets.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of social media platforms and online advertising.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

- Basic knowledge of:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- Experience running personal or academic campaigns will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Internship or certification in digital marketing will be preferred.
- Experience with hospitality industry clients such as hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafes, banquet halls, healthcare hospitality brands, or tourism businesses will be considered an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation in:

- Digital marketing certifications will be preferred.
