About the role
We're an enterprise SaaS company embedding AI into the products our customers run their business on. We're looking for a Principal/Sr PM to own the strategy for our AI capabilities — the LLM, agentic, and automation layers that sit inside our platform and make our enterprise and government customers measurably faster. This isn't a backlog-grooming role. You'll set direction, make the hard calls on quality, cost, and trust, and get AI adopted in production by buyers who are (rightly) cautious about it. You'll be one of the most senior ICs on the team and a thought partner to the CPO and founders.
What you'll own
- End-to-end strategy and roadmap for our SAAS product surfaces — co-pilots, automation, and agentic workflows embedded in a platform customers already depend on
- The tradeoffs that define enterprise AI: output quality, latency, inference cost at scale, and model selection (build vs. buy vs. fine-tune)
- An evaluation and measurement system — treating "how do we know it's actually good, and safe?" as a first-class product problem, with guardrails and human-in-the-loop where it matters
- The enterprise-hard parts: security, compliance, data residency, audit trails, RBAC, and predictable cost — the things that decide whether AI ships to a regulated customer or dies in legal review
- Driving real adoption: change management with customers who fear AI, and the design choices that build trust in production
- GTM partnership across sales, customer success, and marketing — pricing and packaging AI, landing-and-expanding within accounts, and getting procurement, security, and legal comfortable
What we're looking for
- 6–12 years in product, with at least 2–3 years shipping AI/ML or LLM-powered features that real enterprise customers used in production (not prototypes or demos)
- You can hold a real technical conversation with ML engineers — RAG, fine-tuning, evals, prompting, agentic workflows, embeddings — and know enough to make decisions and call BS, even if you don't write the training code
- A track record of 0-to-1 and scaling inside a complex product
- Strong judgment under ambiguity — AI breaks the deterministic PM playbook, and you're comfortable with that
- Experience selling or shipping into enterprise, B2B, or government buyers — you understand long sales cycles, security reviews, and risk-averse stakeholders
- Sharp communicator who can move between C-suite strategy and a sprint review in the same day
Pay: From ₹4,500,000.00 per year
