We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in digital and traditional marketing, and the ability to manage campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams to support business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI.
- Organize promotional events, product launches, and brand campaigns.
- Build relationships with media agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media insights.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or relevant marketing certification is a plus.
- Experience in B2B/B2C marketing environments.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
