- Lead Generation & Recruitment: Identify and approach potential franchisees through networking, referrals, and digital platforms; conduct screenings to assess suitability .
- Market Research: Analyze target locations based on footfall, demographics, and competition; prepare feasibility reports for new outlets .
- Franchise Sales & Conversion: Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to agreement signing; negotiate commercial terms; achieve quarterly acquisition targets .
- Onboarding & Support: Coordinate with operations and training teams for franchisee onboarding; assist with store setup, branding, and launch support .
- Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with franchise partners; address queries related to business model, ROI, and operations .
- Reporting: Maintain enquiry database; track pipeline and conversion metrics; prepare periodic reports for management .
