Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Content Production: Research, shoot, and edit high-quality original content (short-form videos, photos, graphics, and memes) that aligns with our brand voice and aesthetic.
- Social Platform Management: Manage and grow our presence across key social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, viral audio, algorithm changes, and competitor activity to quickly pivot and execute timely, relevant content.
- Social Copywriting: Write engaging, platform-appropriate copy, captions, headlines, and video scripts that encourage audience interaction and drive action.
- Content Planning & Scheduling: Maintain and update a consistent content calendar using scheduling tools to ensure consistent daily/weekly postings.
- Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community by responding to comments, engaging with direct messages, and interacting with relevant creators and followers.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor weekly and monthly performance metrics (reach, engagement, video view duration) to understand what content performs best and optimize future output.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience creating digital content and managing social media accounts (either for brands, agency clients, or growing your own personal brand/channels).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong mobile videography/photography skills.
- Proficiency in mobile and desktop video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Canva).
