Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing and executing civil engineering projects from initiation to completion. This role involves site coordination, project planning, quality control, and ensuring that all activities align with safety, budget, and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing civil construction projects.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion as per project milestones.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
Site Supervision
- Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per design and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with internal departments like procurement, design, and finance for project needs.
- Maintain regular reports on project progress, delays, and any issues.
- Attend project meetings and present updates.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in resolving technical challenges and field issues efficiently.
Documentation & Billing
- Maintain documentation including BOQs, work orders, and site reports.
- Support in checking contractor bills and quantity estimations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of project management tools and MS Office/AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites if required.
- Experience in Industrial projects
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
