The Barcoding Executive is responsible for generating, managing, and maintaining barcode labels for jewelry products. This role ensures accurate tagging, inventory tracking, and compliance with company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and print barcode labels for jewelry items (gold, diamond, silver, etc.)
Ensure correct product details (weight, purity, SKU, price, design code) are encoded in barcodes
Tag jewelry pieces accurately without damaging the productCoordinate with inventory, production, and sales teams for data accuracy
Maintain and update barcode records in the system (ERP/software)
Perform regular audits to verify barcode and inventory accuracyHandle re-barcoding for returned, repaired, or modified itemsEnsure compliance with BIS hallmarking or internal quality standardsTroubleshoot barcode printing/scanning issues
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
