Job Summary:
We are hiring a Carding Operator to handle and monitor carding machines in the spinning mill. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper fiber cleaning, sliver quality, and smooth machine operation. Freshers and candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor carding machines efficiently
- Ensure proper cleaning and processing of cotton/fiber
- Check sliver quality and maintain production standards
- Identify minor machine issues and report to maintenance team
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area
- Follow production targets and supervisor instructions
- Handle raw materials carefully and avoid wastage
- Follow safety and quality procedures at all times
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of carding machine operations
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Basic problem-solving ability
- Physically fit for factory environment
Qualification:
- 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma
- Freshers can apply
- 1 to 2 years of experience in carding operations is preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
