Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior design and fit-out projects from inception to completion. The role involves managing site operations, project scheduling, drawing coordination, and leading both site and office teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and timelines.
- Allocate resources, manpower, and materials efficiently.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
Site Coordination
- Supervise day-to-day site execution activities.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Resolve site-related issues promptly.
Drawings & Execution
- Review architectural and execution drawings before implementation.
- Coordinate with the design team for revisions and approvals.
- Ensure execution is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Team Management
- Lead and manage both site and office teams.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide guidance to team members.
Client & Vendor Coordination
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely material procurement.
- Ensure client requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Maintain project records, site documentation, and handover documents.
- Report project status, risks, and delays to management.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Interior Design, Interior Fit-Out, or Construction Project Management.
Salary
- Up to ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience, skills, and interview performance).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
