Job Overview
HT Product Services Private Limited (House of Testing), a leading BIS & NABL-approved Testing Laboratory, is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives / Business Development Executives to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about sales, business development, client relationship management, and achieving targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and online research.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Generate and qualify business leads.
- Contact prospective clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable testing and certification services.
- Schedule client meetings and product/service presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to convert inquiries into business.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Client Coordination, Customer Relationship Management, or related roles is preferred.
