Hands-on C++11 coding. - Good Communication & Analytical skills. - Ability to work independently. - ADAS development experience. - ADAS standards knowhow (NCAP, ISO 26262, UNECE Regulations (R79, R152, R157)) - Experience with Behavior model functions & standards (e.g. Behavior Prediction, Potential object selection, Predictive Modeling, Criticality assessment for ADAS features). - Hands-on Python scripting. - Hands-on experience in Advanced C++ concepts (viz. templates, inheritances involving templates, STL, Containers, Lambda functions, exception handling, memory management, data structures ), data structure and algorithm concepts for development. Added advantage- Experience with Software Configuration Management tools like GITHUB. Experience with unit testing / SW testing using Google tests. Familiar with Atlassian tool chain - JIRA, Bitbucket Knowledge of MATLAB scripting. Design patterns
