Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the Thane real estate market.
- Good network with Channel Partners (CPs) in Thane.
- Experience handling property sales with a ticket size of ₹2 Crore and above.
- Proven experience in both lead sourcing and sales closing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through channel partners and outbound calling (calling is mandatory).
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Close property sales and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
