Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and referral partners.
- Achieve business targets through effective sourcing and conversion.
- Promote the company's loan and financial products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Preferred Candidate Profile
✔ Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or related sectors preferred.
✔ Strong communication and relationship management skills.
✔ Target-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔ Good knowledge of lending products such as business loan and local market dynamics will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
