Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet and guide clients, partners, and employees.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls. Take messages and answer general emails.
- Mail Management: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages.
- Ticket booking& Accomdations
- Office Administration: Schedule appointments, book meeting rooms, and organize files.
- Supplies: Keep track of office stationery and order new supplies when needed.
- Required Skills
- Communication: Clear, polite, and professional speaking and writing skills.
- Organization: The ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Technology: Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools).
- Customer Service: A helpful, friendly, and calm attitude
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
