Job Title: Marketing Executive (Hospital)

Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hospital’s services, building relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate clients, insurance companies, and other referral sources, and increasing patient footfall through effective marketing and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote the hospital’s healthcare services to doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate organizations.
* Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors and healthcare professionals.
* Conduct regular field visits to generate referrals and expand the hospital’s network.
* Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
* Identify new business opportunities and partnership prospects.
* Support branding, promotional campaigns, and hospital events.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports.
* Collect market intelligence and analyze competitor activities.
* Assist in achieving monthly and annual patient acquisition targets.
* Maintain a database of referral doctors, corporate clients, and business partners.
* Ensure all marketing activities comply with hospital policies and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing (preferred).
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build professional relationships and negotiate effectively.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
