Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Needs Analysis: Greet customers, listen to their requirements, and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle performance, technology, and benefits, including conducting test drives.
- Sales Closing & Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in values to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete all sales paperwork, finance applications, and legal documentation accurately.
- Follow-Up & Relationship Management: Maintain a customer database to secure repeat business, referrals, and build long-term relationships.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge on vehicle models, features, and competitor offerings.
- Showroom Management: Assist in ensuring the showroom and inventory are clean and presentable.
Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Product Knowledge: Strong capability to learn technical vehicle specs.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills for managing customer leads and CRM systems.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license.
