Role Overview:
We are looking for a polished and articulate Customer Care Specialist to handle voice-based interactions with our premium clientele. The role involves managing high-intent leads generated through performance marketing channels, delivering a seamless and personalized service experience, and converting inquiries into long-term customer relationships while upholding the brand’s luxury positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing customers, ensuring a premium and personalized experience
· Manage and respond to leads generated through performance marketing campaigns (digital ads, campaigns, landing pages, etc.)
· Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and guide them through the next steps in the customer journey
· Address customer queries, requests, and concerns with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism
· Build strong rapport with clients, maintaining a warm yet refined communication style
· Provide accurate information about products, services, and offerings
· Identify opportunities for conversion, upselling, or cross-selling relevant premium offerings
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and lead status in CRM systems
· Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless handover and service delivery
· Follow up proactively with leads and customers to drive conversions and ensure satisfaction
· Uphold brand tone, etiquette, and service standards in every interaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Graduate in any discipline
· 1–4 years of experience in voice-based customer support, inside sales, or lead conversion
· Exposure to travel sales or hospitality is an added advantage
· Strong verbal communication skills (English & Hindi) with a polished tone
· Sales-oriented with good rapport-building and listening skills
· Comfortable with CRM tools and handling performance marketing leads
· Detail-oriented with a professional and customer-first approach
