About the Role
We are seeking an experienced commercial leader/commercial merchandiser to oversee merchandising coordination, sampling processes, costing discipline, quotation workflows, and order execution readiness for our global home textiles business.
This role ensures the proper translation of customer requirements into actions for sampling, costing, sourcing, design and production teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead quotation & costing validation
- Maintain margin discipline & pricing guardrails
- Ensure feasibility alignment before order acceptance
- Supervise sampling & merchandising workflow & execution readiness
- Manage exception pricing & risk orders
- Improve commercial processes & turnaround times
Requirements
- 8–15 years export merchandising/commercial experience
- experience in home textiles madeups products & fabrics, sampling, costing, production
- strong costing & margin understanding
- exposure to manufacturing feasibility
- excellent communication, coordination & decision skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
