Job Description: Customer Relations Associate
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, multi-lingual Customer Relations Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient/fluent in at least one major regional language (Hindi or Malayalam) to effectively communicate with our core target audience. Additionally, basic conversational proficiency in both Tamil and English is required to handle general inquiries and internal team communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Connect with customers over the phone, addressing inquiries, providing product/service information, Sales and resolving grievances in your primary language of proficiency (Hindi or Malayalam).
- Regional Support: Handle standard client interactions and basic queries utilizing foundational speaking skills in Tamil.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions, feedback, and sales/support pipelines in English.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and supervisors using basic English and Tamil for daily updates.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High School Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, telesales, or a BPO environment (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Skills: * Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Patience and a problem-solving mindset when dealing with customers.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Sheets, or CRM tools).
