The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth guest check-in and check-out, maintaining service standards, supervising front office staff and delivering excellent guest experience in a three-star hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk team and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Manage guest check-in, check-out, room allocation and reservations.
- Handle guest complaints, requests and escalations professionally.
- Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs, service standards and policies.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance .
- Monitor room status, occupancy and availability.
- Train, mentor and evaluate front office staff.
- Maintain proper records, reports and billing accuracy.
- Ensure cash handling procedures and audit compliance.
- Support upselling of rooms and hotel services to increase revenue.
- Maintain lobby presentation and guest service quality.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in Front Office, with at least 1 year in supervisory role (preferably in star category hotel).
- Strong communication and guest handling skills.
- Good leadership and team management ability.
- Ability to work in shifts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
