About the Role
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller who has prior experience in a Digital Marketing Company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable speaking with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential and existing clients to introduce our Digital marketing services.
- Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website inquiries, and other marketing channels.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Manager.
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads before forwarding them.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in the Excel sheet.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Digital Marketing Company (Mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client handling and convincing abilities.
- Ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Business Profile (GMB), Website Development, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is Mandatory.
