What You'll Do
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their business processes.
- Demonstrate ERPNext solutions with support from the technical team.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up until closure.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth project handover.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in B2B sales, software sales, or ERP solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Experience with ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software sales is an added advantage.
