Nurse Job Vacancy
DPS 67A, Gurugram, is seeking a compassionate, responsible, and qualified Full-Time
Staff Nurse for the School Clinic to provide healthcare support and ensure the well-being of students, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling medical situations in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and basic medical care to students and staff.
- Attend to illnesses, injuries, and emergencies during school hours.
- Maintain student health records and medical documentation.
- Administer medications as per prescribed instructions and school policies.
- Monitor students with specific medical conditions and provide necessary support.
- Coordinate with parents regarding student health concerns when required.
- Ensure the school infirmary is well-stocked and maintained.
- Assist in organizing health check-ups, vaccination drives, and wellness programs.
- Maintain hygiene and health standards across the school campus.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and coordinate with healthcare providers when needed.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing).
- Valid nursing registration/certification.
- Minimum 1–3 years of nursing experience (school or pediatric experience preferred).
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is desirable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergencies.
