Job Purpose
The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries and complaints, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting the company's business growth through excellent customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services and products.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of customer retention and loyalty.
Customer Support
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages promptly.
- Resolve customer concerns within the prescribed timelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Ensure customers receive timely updates on their requests.
Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain customer records and databases accurately.
- Prepare customer-related reports, letters, and communications.
- Verify and manage customer documentation and KYC records.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with various departments to address customer requirements.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities.
- Assist management in customer engagement initiatives.
- Communicate company policies and service updates to customers.
Business Development Support
- Identify opportunities for customer retention and referrals.
- Support marketing and promotional activities.
- Assist in collecting customer feedback and market insights.
- Contribute to improving customer experience and service quality.
Required Skills
