Job Summary
Life Care Multispeciality Hospital is looking for experienced and compassionate Staff Nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a patient-centric approach while ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, and Emergency departments as assigned.
- Assess, monitor, and record patients' vital signs and clinical conditions.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures, surgeries, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness, availability, and proper functioning of medical equipment and nursing supplies.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide immediate nursing interventions.
- Follow hospital policies, ethical standards, and nursing best practices at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration is mandatory.
- Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Experience in ICU, Emergency, OT, or IPD will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Hospital Management Software (HMS) is preferred.
