We're looking for a Jr. Site Engineer to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in site execution, contractor coordination, and delivering quality projects within timelines, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and material usage.
- Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
- Support client coordination, inspections, and project handovers.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.
- Good knowledge of site execution, BOQ, and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
