Job Summary
We are looking for a target-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our admissions and sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads, improving conversions, guiding clients about IELTS, CELPIP, and French courses, and ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
Manage daily leads received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and online campaigns.
Counsel students and clients about IELTS, CELPIP, and French online classes.
Understand client requirements and suggest the most suitable course.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into paid enrollments.
Ensure timely response to all inquiries and maintain strong client communication.
Track lead status and update records regularly in CRM or lead sheets.
Team Management
Handle and guide the sales/counselling team.
Assign leads to team members and monitor daily performance.
Train team members on course details, sales pitch, objection handling, and follow-up process.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team.
Review performance reports and take steps to improve conversions.
Business Growth
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Plan strategies to increase admissions for IELTS, CELPIP, and French classes.
Coordinate with marketing team for lead quality, campaign feedback, and promotional offers.
Maintain strong knowledge of language test requirements and course benefits.
Support management in improving sales process and customer experience.
Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, counselling, or team management.
Prior experience in an education academy, immigration consultancy, IELTS institute, or edtech company preferred.
Strong knowledge of IELTS, CELPIP, and French courses will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, counselling, and convincing skills.
Strong leadership and team-handling ability.
Target-oriented mindset with proven sales performance.
Good follow-up skills and ability to handle pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
