Position: Human Resource Professional (Designation will be based on qualification ,experience and Knowledge in the feild)
Candidates who has experience in Schools and Colleges are prefreed.
Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / MBA (HR) from a recognized university.
- Additional certifications in Labour Laws, HR Analytics, or Organizational Development will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in Colleges, Universities, or Higher Educational Institutions.
- Exposure to Institutional and Ranking Body documentation (NAAC, NIRF, AISHE, etc.) is desirable.
- Hands-on experience in HR Software / ERP systems, KRI & KPI development, and Performance Appraisal frameworks.
- Candidates with prior experience in handling HR audits, accreditation support, and policy documentation in autonomous institutions will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including Recruitment, Payroll Processing, Statutory Compliance, Employee Records, and HR Budgeting.
- Develop, implement, and track Key Responsibility Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with institutional objectives.
- Coordinate Performance Appraisal processes, Training & Development programs, and succession planning initiatives.
- Formulate and periodically revise HR Policies, SOPs, and Institutional Guidelines.
- Ensure full compliance with EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Support HR documentation for Institutional and Ranking Bodies and ensure data integrity across submissions.
- Contribute to strategic workforce planning, talent retention, employee engagement, and wellness initiatives.
- Drive digital HR initiatives, MIS reporting, analytics-based decision-making, and internal communication systems to enhance efficiency.
- Serve as a key liaison between the management, faculty, and administrative teams to uphold institutional culture and values.
- Play a strategic role in aligning HR systems with institutional goals and supporting long-term growth initiatives.
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in HR Software / ERP tools, MS Office, and data analysis.
- Deep understanding of labour laws, compliance norms, and institutional HR frameworks.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate across academic and administrative functions.
