Atleast 3 year exp in Health care industry in Sales handling
2 shift 6.30am -4pm to 11 am to 8.30pm, Tuesday off
Experience: 2+ Year to 5 years
Qualification: Graduate and above
Good communication and language skills. Fluency over languages.
Maintain customer information.
Client Retention
Greet persons entering organization, direct persons to correct destination
Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Hygiene maintenance of the centre
Accounts & Appointments cross check
Maintenance of the centre requirements
Completing of the works given by organizing
Ṁanage all processes and staff at Clinic
Develop and enhance current processes and staffs’ skill set to improve customer care satisfaction.
Train the therapists for continuous improvement.
Induct new staff and monitor their training.
Monitor revenue & expenses of the clinic
Ability to organize, manage and lead a team of trained staff.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
