Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the complete tendering cycle from tender identification, document review and eligibility assessment to pricing, submission and post-bid negotiations.
· Review NIT/RFP, BOQ, drawings, specifications, GCC/SCC, eligibility and commercial conditions and prepare compliance matrices.
· Lead BOQ analysis, quantity take-off, rate analysis, detailed estimation and project costing.
· Evaluate material, labour, equipment, subcontractor and vendor costs and prepare comparative statements.
· Prepare and review technical proposals, construction methodology, resource plans and project schedules.
· Conduct Bid/No-Bid, bid capacity, cash-flow, profitability and tender risk assessments.
· Review contract conditions, identify commercial risks and support tender pricing and negotiation strategy.
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors and internal technical/commercial teams.
· Ensure accurate and timely technical and financial bid submission, including EMD/BG and all mandatory documents.
· Manage post-bid clarifications, negotiations and successful project handover to the execution team.
· Lead and mentor the tendering/estimation team and ensure timely completion of multiple tenders.
Required Skills:
· Strong expertise in Civil Estimation, BOQ, Quantity Surveying, Rate Analysis, Tendering and Contract Conditions.
· Experience in Government/PSU, Railway, Highway, Infrastructure, Industrial, Building or EPC projects.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Office and e-procurement portals; Primavera/MS Project and ERP knowledge preferred.
· Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, communication and team-management skills.
· Knowledge of CPWD, MoRTH, IRC, Railway specifications and applicable IS codes will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
