About the Role
We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Handler & Videographer to manage our social media presence and produce high-quality photo and video content for our brand. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, videography, content creation, and social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content as per the monthly content calendar.
- Write creative captions and use relevant hashtags.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain an active online presence.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and content formats.
Videography & Photography
- Plan and execute product, corporate, industrial, and event shoots.
- Capture high-quality videos and photographs for marketing campaigns and social media.
- Shoot customer testimonials, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional videos.
- Handle lighting, camera setup, audio equipment, and framing during shoots.
Content Creation
- Develop creative concepts for Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and social media campaigns.
- Assist in script planning and storyboard creation.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Organize and maintain a library of digital media assets.
Required Skills
- Experience in camera handling and videography.
- Knowledge of camera settings, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
- Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Photoshop for basic graphic creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management and videography.
- Preferred age – 24 years & above.

- Cameras
- Gimbal/Stabilizer
- Tripod
- Wireless Microphones
- Lighting

Salary
₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Working Days & Timings
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
