Job Role
We are looking for a Telecaller / BPO Sales Executive who can connect with customers, understand their concerns, and convert interested leads into enrollments through effective communication.
This role is ideal for candidates with BPO, telecalling, or telesales experience who are comfortable handling customer conversations and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers
- Connect with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM systems
- Understand customer concerns (hair fall issues) and explain solutions
- Provide basic consultation and guide customers toward suitable programs
- Build trust and maintain positive customer relationships
- Convert interested leads into paid enrollments
- Follow up with leads regularly
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in BPO / Telecalling / Telesales / Sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good spoken English (mandatory)
- Comfortable working on calls for extended hours
- Target-oriented and positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM handling is a plus)
- Interest in wellness industry is an added advantage
