At Office & You and LELA, we believe content should inspire, engage, and drive business. We’re looking for a Brand Content Manager who is passionate about fashion, storytelling, and digital culture—someone who understands how to create content with purpose, not just follow trends.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with the brand’s marketing and business objectives.
* Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
* Create high-quality reels, stories, carousels, behind-the-scenes content, campaign videos, and product-focused content.
* Understand the purpose behind every piece of content—whether it’s to build brand awareness, increase engagement, generate leads, or drive sales.
* Research competitors, industry trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging content formats to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
* Build monthly content calendars around campaigns, launches, seasonal collections, and marketing initiatives.
* Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and storytelling-driven content that reflects the brand’s voice.
* Maintain visual consistency and a strong brand identity across all platforms.
* Use AI tools to enhance ideation, scripting, planning, and overall productivity.
* Collaborate with the marketing, design, retail, and leadership teams to execute campaigns effectively.
* Analyse content performance and recommend improvements based on insights and platform analytics.
* Stay updated with social media algorithms, platform updates, and digital marketing trends.
Skills & Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or brand communication.
* Strong understanding of content strategy and social media platforms.
* Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and basic Adobe Photoshop.
* Good photography and mobile videography skills.
* Strong video editing abilities with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of design.
* Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and productivity is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
* Degree in Mass Communication, Mass Media, Journalism, Fashion Communication & Fashion Technology (Only Apply)
* Prior experience in the fashion, retail, lifestyle, or D2C industry will be given preference.
