About the Role
Nandan Coffee is looking for an experienced Coffee Program Manager to lead our coffee program across multiple outlets. If you're passionate about specialty coffee, beverage innovation, training, and maintaining exceptional quality standards, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and launch innovative coffee and beverage menus
- Standardize recipes, SOPs, and quality across all outlets
- Train and certify baristas and café teams
- Conduct quality audits and calibration sessions
- Manage beverage costing and profitability
- Coordinate new menu launches across locations
- Conduct customer-facing coffee workshops
- Support B2B coffee quality initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in specialty coffee or beverage program management
- Strong espresso and barista skills
- Experience creating SOPs and training programs
- Knowledge of beverage costing and operations
- Ability to travel across outlets
Preferred
- Experience with multi-location café operations
- Competition or judging experience
- Experience launching café bar programs
- Hands-on experience with semi-automatic and automatic coffee equipment
