Full Job Description:
Strategies Studio is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR talent acquisition intern to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist with onboarding and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring and job boards
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
