Wishes and Blessings is looking for a strategic and creative communications professional to define and strengthen the organisation’s digital voice, visibility and stakeholder engagement.
This is a leadership role that goes beyond social media posting. The selected candidate will guide the social media and digital teams, strengthen CSR and donor communication, lead digital campaigns and ensure consistent, credible storytelling across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the organisation’s communication voice and digital growth strategy
- Lead social media, website and digital campaign planning
- Guide content, design, video and performance marketing teams
- Develop CSR presentations, donor reports, impact stories and fundraising communication
- Support media relations and founder-led thought leadership
- Track digital performance, leads, engagement and conversions
- Ensure sensitive and dignified representation of beneficiaries
Experience: 2-4 years in communications, digital marketing, social media, public relations, CSR or the development sector.
Location: Noida Sector 32
Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office
Candidates should have excellent writing, editing, storytelling, team-management and digital strategy skills.
